1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Swaplah. By using our community marketplace, you agree to trade honestly, describe your items accurately, and meet other members safely in public or community locations.

2. Platform Role & Liability

Swaplah provides a platform to connect buyers, sellers, and swappers within trusted circles and the open marketplace. We are not a party to any transaction or meetup between members. We do not guarantee the condition, safety, legality, or delivery of any item listed.

3. Paid Services, Expiration & Non-Refundable Policy

Certain features, such as listing boosts, top-ups, or package credits, require payment.

• Non-Refundable: All payments for digital credits, listing boosts, and subscriptions are final and non-refundable once purchased, except in the case of a verified technical failure on our platform.
• Expiration: Digital credits and promotional boosts are time-sensitive services that will expire after their stated validity period if unused. Unused credits after expiration cannot be reinstated or refunded.
• Payments are processed securely via authorized third-party gateways (e.g., Billplz).

4. Prohibited Items & Account Termination

Prohibited items include anything illegal, counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, or restricted under Malaysian law. Swaplah reserves the right to remove any listing or suspend/terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page or via the platform. Your continued use of Swaplah following any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.

6. Privacy

Your use of Swaplah is governed by our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
